International student considering ADN Hey everyone I’m an international student thinking about going the ADN route to become an RN in the US, and I wanted to hear from people who already did it, especially international students/nurses. How is it for ADN nurses right now? Is it hard finding a job with an ADN? Do hospitals still hire ADN grads a lot? How difficult was getting your first RN job? If you were an international student, how did everything go for you after graduation? Also, which states do you think are the most ADN-friendly? I mean places where ADN nurses are hired often, there’s a good job market, and overall it’s realistic to build a career without immediately needing a BSN. I’ve been looking at Florida and Texas so far, but I’m open to other states too. Would really appreciate honest experiences, advice, or things you wish you knew earlier.

@alfredjviii When was the last time somebody got treated at “god is a lie memorial hospital”? Seems like a lot of people go to Ascension Health and Houston Methodist for treatment to me…

Investigadores de UT Southwestern publican en Cell que fragmentos de ADN dañado escapan de células tumorales a través de nanotubos, se integran en genomas vecinos y la alteración se hereda en divisiones posteriores. https://t.co/0p1SihEdBi

H1B visas 2025 Thousands of approvals across Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, and Collin counties. Top employers in Dallas alone included: • KPMG: 2,572 approvals • UT Southwestern: 1,326 • Dallas ISD: ~1,272–1,290 • Texas Instruments: 988 • AT&T: 952 Other major users in Plano, Frisco, Fort Worth, etc., include Siemens, Ericsson, NTT Data, American Airlines, and IT consultancies (many India-focused firms with hundreds each). We want all of these canceled and no more approvals, no green cards. We have more than enough Americans to do these jobs! @JohnCornyn @SenTedCruz ! Need this to stop. @KPMG @KPMG_US @UTSouthwestern @TXInstruments @KenPaxtonTX when you win tomorrow we need this to stop. 🙂

Two Tennessee high schools are facing backlash after holding outdoor graduation ceremonies in heavy rain, leaving students and families soaked. Students at Centennial High School and Franklin High School walked across the stage in the downpour Thursday night as families sat through the rain to watch the ceremony, WSMV reported. The weather also forced parts of the ceremony to be cut, including a planned moment of silence for a classmate who died last year. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene criticized the decision, writing that the schools should have moved the ceremonies indoors and that graduates and their families “deserved a nice ceremony.” Williamson County Schools Superintendent Jason Golden acknowledged the rain made the graduations difficult, but defended the outdoor setting, saying many schools use football fields because families value celebrating on campus and because it allows more loved ones to attend. #tennessee #graduation #highschool #education #williamsoncounty
