Laid Off Was laid off almost 1 month ago from my clinical pharmacist position and still can’t find a job outside of retail. Been looking multiple times a day and applying to remote work. I have 14.5 years of pharmacy experience - big box retail, grocery chain retail, MTM call center, PBM, and Ambulatory Care. Licensed in TX & NJ. Does anyone have any leads they wouldn’t mind sharing? Would greatly appreciate it!

@SilkyUpdates There is no way PBM can ever feel truly satisfied with himself knowing that he bots/his team botting for him. How can you be proud of yourself?
Indianapolis, are you okay? Do y'all only have one pharmacist per store (WAG/CVS)? Are you okay? I'm moving to Indianapolis from Texas. I usually use Walgreens so I'm getting some refills sent up there in advance. As I'm figuring out which store to send it to I find that almost every pharmacy is only open limited hours on weekdays or very limited hours on Saturdays. Help me, I've lived under a rock, is there a bad pharmacist shortage in Indianapolis? Are you guys okay? Is this a result of some successful campaign to create more reasonable work hours? Are chains cooked in Indy and I should find an independent?
@PlaqueReport Ik pbm saw my xeet glazing🖤 W me🖤
"Importantly, #pharmacies are not closing because PBMs found a cheaper option elsewhere. In many cases, the PBM-owned option is actually more expensive overall," TPA member and independent #pharmacy owner Crystal McEntire explained to Chair @LoisKolkhorst and the Texas Senate Health & Human Services Committee today. "Pharmacies are closing because the PBM pays itself more and the independent pharmacy less, making the average appear fair on paper." #PBMReform #txlege
A costly PR campaign run by PBM lobbyists in DC doesn't fix the massive conflict of interest stemming from vertical integration. As long as PBMs own specialty pharmacies, mail-order operations, and GPOs and manipulate the supply chain, they're running a legalized shell game at the expense of consumers and taxpayers.
