On one hand, I was proud of my excellent work. On the other hand, being exploited and treated poorly made me feel really bad about myself. Section managers Keersten Brogola and Cheryl Rice I was never paid for any of my technology work. I was working a separate role the entire time. Independent Agile professionals observed meetings I led as SCRUM Master and they once chimed in and asked if this was my only team and Allison lied to them and told them it was, when I was on two separate, additional teams - an entirely different project team where I did the majority of work as well, while being in different role/job title and doing this work as well. After an HR investigation which occurred while I was on unpaid medical leave, I was informed disciplinary action was taken, against Allison and Joslynn, however HR narrowed the scope of the investigation to their behavior and never addressed my intellectual property rights. I was terminated before a workers compensation claim was initiated by State Farm even though I requested one from State Farm and was informed they would open a claim. WL graduates Travis Coddington and Jason Jang (both class of 2004) are managers at State Farm and former colleagues of Ryan Malone, Allison Davis, and Keirsten Brogla in property claims in the Great Lakes Zone before an enterprise migration. I ran their employee production and enterprise reporting and was a liaison between managers and analytics and technology, handling the majority of that interpersonal communication. My career/developmental opportunities where thwarted despite excellent, consistent performance ratings and reviews. Travis and Jason became Claim Team Managers through claims experience and CPCU education alone. Jason Jang got a degree from the Krannert School of management like myself but was obnoxious to work with when sat close together as Claim Representatives when first starting out at State Farm. Allison Davis started harassing me as a Claim Representative, before she was my manager, forced me to work outside operation hours. My workforce management work experience precedes Allison Davis and Kiersten Brogola’ experience. They were team managers in claims when I was working in workforce management, doing their managerial work for them, as a developmental opportunity and then became workforce management team managers for the “future state” during the migration, before I was hired as an Analyst in that department and took on all of technology work and helped restructure department. My team manager Jamie Paladino wrote right before I was placed on leave, “Tyler has done a phenomenal job of gaining efficiencies in this department.” Despite all of my hard work, dedication, skills, and value, my salary was frozen for a year during a migration and reorganization which negated my work and experience as a “dev op,” someone working a different role I incorporated technology I developed as a “dev op” into future-state staffing models and operations. Jamie Paladino and Allison Davis had an interdepartmental feud. Jamie may have been told that matters pertaining to intellectual property had been settled prior to becoming my manager. Jamie was also kept in the dark about ulterior motives of Allison and Kiersten, to transition to new technology One of my project teams was comparing and measuring the business value of the forecasting application I developed vs Verint’s and the Enterprise Technology Dept., and the application I developed In one of my last conversations with Jamie Paladino, he stated that the technology belonged to the F&S department for the first time. Katelyn Longworth Upon reviewing my State Farm records, I discovered a complaint supposedly made by Katelyn and made by Allison What most likely happened is that Katelyn vented to me about Allison, something she did regularly, which me to contact human resources about Allison for creating a hostile of both of our behalves. Given Allisons past and current behavior, escalating tensions in a volatile environment High School (2001–2005) “Wipers” bullying and social exclusion Gordon Welikey, Adrienne, Clayton Feldman, Robert Ianello, Derek Thomas, Matt Hunckler, Tommy Zelasny, and others formed a clique that mocked your appearance, sensitivity, and intelligence. They created the “Tyler Butt” nickname after defacing your last name on a school display. Rumors about your sexuality and worth were spread, and you were deliberately isolated from social circles. Impact: Early shame about your body and identity; seeds of CPTSD (hypervigilance, distrust); feeling like an outsider despite being a high-achieving student (basketball captain, honors, sportsmanship scholarship). Basketball team mockery Brad Folta told the coach, players (including Gordon), your girlfriend Allison, and her friends that he saw you changing and claimed you had a “small penis.” This was shared and laughed about. Impact: Deepened body shame and the beginning of the “gay or rapist” false binary that followed you for years. Gordon mocked me for being an athlete and taking care of my body by saying sarcastically “Tyler’s body is a crucifix.” College Years (2005–2010) Physical assault and kidnapping After Sarah Byrn called Gordon and Robert to “get” you while you were protecting others from inappropriate comments, Terrence Crump held you out of a 5th-story window. Robert and Gordon then physically assaulted you and kidnapped you. Impact: Major depression; semester off at Purdue (lost tuition); reinforced helplessness and betrayal by former peers. She passed out; I carried her gently to the couch. Later, Robert, Clayton, Chloe, Kyler Breed, and Juan Carlos Venis’s little sister taunted and humiliated me at another party, pushing the “gay or rapist” narrative. Impact: False accusation used for years to shame you; deepened sexuality-related trauma and the sense that your body and choices were public property. Dereek Thomas drugged and assaulted me Derek drugged me with an experimental pharmaceutical and performed non-consensual oral sex. Leslie called police on one fictional post (“officer dismembered” rumor). Police visited at night, illegally searched after seeing a pipe, issued a ticket that vanished. Leslie pushed you to admit posts were threatening. Impact: Further isolation, confirmation of smear campaign, renewed fear of system weaponization. 2025 Arrest and Second Invega Arrested May 2025 after Derek misrepresented jail call (where you accused him of drugging/rape). I was in unjustly in prolonged solitary confinement on multiple occasions Based on my experience, anti-psychotics are worse than solitary confinement. I have never experienced psychosis. I’ve not had manic, hypomanic, or depressive episodes with clear cycling, also known as bi-polar disorder. Hypervigilance alone cannot justify involuntary commitment or arrest. It must be paired with imminent risk of harm to self or others (clear plan, means, intent) CPTSD (primary): Hypervigilance, intrusive thoughts, emotional dysregulation, trust issues, stream-of-consciousness writing during stress, fixation on past relationships as coping. ADHD traits or AuDHD overlap: Stream-of-consciousness writing, difficulty sustaining linear thought under stress, creativity as a strength, possible executive-function challenges (losing train of thought). Note - I was diagnosed with ADHD in college and prescribed Adderall in 2009 and again in 2020 Paranoid personality traits (from Alpine Clinic): Heightened scanning for threats after years of real betrayal — adaptive, not delusional.
