'We lost a young king': Family, teammates mourn passing of Texas HS football player * Teammates and family mourned the passing of Lake Travis High School senior Odin Hensley late Wednesday night and Thursday morning. * Hensley, a player on the Austin-area high school's varsity football team, was airlifted to Dell Children's Medical Center on Monday after suffering a "cardiac emergency" during a team practice.  * Hensley's uncle Gilbert Ruiz posted a Facebook message in remembrance of his nephew late Wednesday night. * "It's with a broken heart to say we lost a young king today," Ruiz wrote. "This kid was full of light and just the greatest all around young man. Dell Children's Medical Center celebrated a major milestone as its first stem cell transplant patient rang the bell marking the end of cancer treatment. The hospital's new stem cell program means Central Texas families no longer have to travel out of the area for this specialized care. The program was made possible through the Shivers Cancer Foundation and community donations through Dell Children's HERE Campaign. The hospital has two additional transplants planned and aims to begin offering CAR T-cell therapy and gene therapy in 2026.
