UMC was proud to welcome the El Paso Chamber Leadership Class 47 to UMC and El Paso Children's Hospital today to learn more about our leadership, services, and commitment to the community. During the visit, UMC CEO Maria M. Zampini spoke with the Leadership Class about current bond projects, including updates on our burn program, the cancer center in partnership with Texas Tech Health El Paso, and infrastructure improvements. Class members also toured several areas of both hospitals and gained insight into UMC's Mobile Stroke Unit, El Paso Children's Hospital's ambulance, UMC's helipad, the Emergency & Trauma Department, and laboratory services.
