On October 20, @heb pharmacy intern (unsupervised) injected my beautiful 5yr old daughter and 7yr old sister with an unknown medication an overdose amount. I have begged and pleaded with the callas H‑E‑B pharmacy employees to share information regarding what my child and sister were injected what and in what dosage. - as the H‑E‑B employee refused to share that information necessary for these babies to get adequate medical treatment. @heb should be ashamed.
