TE/AGA and Mounjaro/stress Background - 29F, PCOS, 2 babies since 2023, Mounjaro since December 2025, tonsillectomy in March, COVID in April. I think I’ve lost about 50% of my hair since the start of this year. I had horrific postpartum shedding with both of my children but it did seem to start growing back in again. However since the start of January 2026 I had repeated tonsillitis until I had them removed in late March 2026. I then got COVID two weeks post tonsillectomy. It’s now August 2026 and I have no hair left on my temples. These pictures are day 3 post wash so my hair is oily. I’m still on Mounjaro and have lost 15kg since December 2025, so nothing insane. Will this shedding stop or do I need to start minoxidil?

Feeling confident 😊 116kg ➡️ 80kg I have never felt this good in years. Only now when I look at ‘before’ photos, I can see the difference. I actually feel good and can’t thank Mounjaro enough. I am still weaning myself off of it. I also cannot for the life of me get below 80kg, but my clothes feel great. So I try not to obsess over the numbers on the scales too much 🙃

Lacto Ovo Vegetarian Hello. New to Reddit. I just started Mounjaro as a Lacto Ovo Vegetarian and I’m wondering if there are others out there that are in the same situation and how it’s going for them? I’m also interested in simple meal ideas.

Has provider cut you off when you reach goal weight? I’m only in my first month on Mounjaro, but I am curious how providers handle refill requests when you reach goal weight. I am worried about regaining the weight if they cut me off. Edit: I’m using Morrison’s/Phlo, and the ordering and delivery experience has been wonderful.

Starting Equipment Recommendations After a few years of being on Mounjaro, change in diet, and some moderate exercise, I've managed to get my A1C down to a consistent level and lost a reasonable amount of weight. Unfortunately, I feel, like many others that have been on GLP, that at least some of that has been in muscle mass. I'm wanting to get some equipment for the house to start incorporating more strength training into my routine. I've been looking into what sorts of equipment to start with. I figure some adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and resistance bands are probably the obvious choices. I'm just finding myself overwhelmed with the options, and I'm looking for opinions and others' personal experiences with specific brands/options. For example, benches - regular adjustable benches vs Nordic benches vs. "all-in-one" benches? Where's the line/difference between these? What are the real benefits of one vs. another when starting out, especially for a long-term investment?
