oxycodone

9 Days Post-Op C-section, is this redness at the corner of the incision concerning? 26F, I take Wellbutrin, a probiotic, prenatals, and was recently prescribed Oxycodone + Ibuprofen for pain. I had a C-section on 6/30, that night I was told I was leaking serous fluid but no blood, and on top of the steri-strips (that's what they called them, sorry if that's wrong) they added a large gauze dressing. That dressing stayed on until 7/2, and the steri-strips came off today, 7/9. I wasn't thinking, and reached down to itch at the area (I typically get ingrowns there and they needed to shave me for the procedure, so the itchiness was very normal) and realized where I was scratching and stopped, but it looks like I've caused new leakage of serous fluid. It's clear and odorless, but the redness of the incision site is making me worry, and my OB office is closed for the day. Should I go to urgent care, or will it resolve on its own with proper care, aka keeping it clean and covered with gauze to prevent further irritation?
