Commercial Development Roundup: July 2026 • Update on work continuing at the NW side of the Texas Health Resources hospital at Jimma and Mary Lou is 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀: still well under construction, working on starting their concrete work, while simultaneously working with Hudson Oaks on their sewer line project. • 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 is finishing building touches while also showing a for lease sign in the window for the office space within their building that is for lease. • Taco Bueno has officially closed their doors and 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀 has been actively working on their tenant remodel. • 119 South Ranch House Rd has had many recent changes.
