Looking for a personal trainer/coach in the Fort Worth area Let’s cut to the chase: I’m an obese woman. I ate my way to 300ish lbs over the years but I desperately want to be healthy for the first time in my life. Through strict diet and portion control over the last few months I’ve gotten down to 283lbs. I started the Wegovy this month to hopefully speed things along. However, I am still missing the “get active” part of my health journey. Walking sucks because I have so much weight on my joints. So I’m looking for a trainer that will help me get active and moving without getting hurt. I have no idea how gym equipment works. We gotta start from scratch. I need to learn to stretch right, warm up, and fix my posture. I have limited mobility we need to work on first. - No gender preference - Budget is flexible - Willing to drive pretty much anywhere in FW and surrounding areas - I need a trainer/coach who is tough on me and realistic, but not degrading. *Yes, I know joining a gym in the new year is a trope, but I just finally feel ready and motivated now that I’m sticking to a diet for longer than a week and seeing results.

Doctors or clinics who will prescribe compounded semaglutide? There are a one or two good compounding pharmacies in Houston that will compound semaglutide for a fraction of the cost of name brand wegovy or ozempic. It's harder to find a doctor or clinic willing to prescribe the compounded version of the drug. Does anyone know of an any?
Saxenda in Stock? I hate to be THAT person but I don't have the energy to call a million pharmacies (dealing with a bunch of other health issues). Has anyone in SA been having luck getting Saxenda filled? I was taking Wegovy but my insurance is refusing to renew my prior auth. I had no issues getting Wegovy from Amazon pharmacy but I'm unable to get Saxenda. My CVS is also out of stock. Is there anyone getting it locally? The only pharmacy I can't use is Walgreens because my insurance won't pay if I do. Please no judgment on me taking the medication. I have a LOT of weight i need to lose and am also dieting and exercising. I'm just on a psychiatric medication that makes weight loss extremely difficult.
Austin compounded semaglutide I’ve been on Wegovy 2.4 for over a year and have been doing great. Next year my insurance will no longer cover it, and I can’t afford to pay out-of-pocket. where are people getting their semaglutide in Austin?
Wegovy in Dallas? Are there any places that offer Wegovy at a reasonable price without insurance?
Which pharmacy in the DFW area has Wegovy in stock?
